Other: Hi. This area of Maxwell lane needs to be built up a bit higher to help rainwater drain off into the grass. This spot retains water for many days after even a moderate rain. People like to park on the grass which is fair since it’s on the city’s right of way, but it looks bad, splashes pedestrians and bicycles and I think could be improved with a minimal amount of work. The edge of the road just needs a bit of building up so water drains properly. Thanks. Fred Pavalko
