I am reaching out to file a noise complaint about the address provided. They frequently have parties late into the evenings and blast music so loud it shakes windows of homes nearby. There are several families that live in this area too and it keeps everyone awake. We would all appreciate this being taken care of
When traveling west on 3rd St, the "No Turn On Red" sign at Smith Rd is mounted in a location were it cannot be seen when stopped at the intersection in the front position.

We have people living in tents on CITY property on the southwest corner of Rogers and 11th St. We have over 10 female employees working for us at 611 W 11th Street. We would hate for any of them to have ANY issues with people living on CITY property. Please help these people to relocate to a place where they may receive the services Bloomington may provide. The N Walnut St area near N Fritz Dr where the two bump signs have been placed should be repaired as I try to avoid the offset of inches but, other drivers are not patient and feel they can pull on around vs tailgating. Thank you for reviewing lowering the speed if possible in this stretch with neighborhood roads and businesses.

Sorry for the duplicates earlier today -- the georeporter android app has bit-rotted something fierce. There is ongoing gravel in the bike lane on the south side of Smith Ave just east of Walnut St. This is a repeat of ureport #198967, which was never resolved. Recently, landscapers have refreshed the gravel in the median strip. And when they did so, they spread gravel directly in the bike lane, and they also over-filled the planters so that gravel continues to drain into the bike lane. This is a transportation safety issue and not a zoning issue!!! If Parks and Planning can't do anything about it, something still needs to be done about it! Thanks - Greg
All of the streetlights (except for 1) are out on the entire block of 9th Street between College and Morton.
People are parking on the south side of Cottage Grove just west of Lincoln, which normally is ok but they are parking *all the way to the corner* of Lincoln, making it difficult to turn left onto Cottage Grove from Lincoln. But they really can't be blamed because the yellow curb there was ripped up over the summer when they put in the ADA-compliant plates and then didn't finish the job. Could the curbs indicating no-parking sections in this area be repainted yellow?
