dangerous build up of ice where pedestrian path maintained by city intersects with S. Mitchell

The alley behind the house has 10 inches of snow, it is impossible for some cars, including mine, to pull out of the garage and exit on the main road. Is anyone coming to sweep the alley? This is a problem for other neighbors as well.
