Chris Axsom followed up on this ticket Duke Energy has assigned work order #30646515 to UReport 16634, but as of tonight, Thursday, Nov. 29, the light is still not working. Perhaps they've issued the work order but not yet completed the work. As it turns out, there are actually two lights out at that corner of N. Monroe and Cottage Grove. The two posts are about 60 feet apart and both poles are on the West side of Monroe St, right where Cottage Grove doglegs crossing Monroe. We appreciate your efforts to resolve this issue.
There are many severe potholes in the alley behind dragon express on 3rd all the way back to Atwater. Alley runs parallel to Jordan Ave. Potholes make it hard to get to my driveway at 335 S Jordan Ave.

Hello - Park Ridge neighborhood. Please tell me the range of dates for the leaf pick up? I talked to the crew when they came through and they told me our trees were not dropped enough for the scheduled collection and they would return in the near future. The street lights downtown (specifically on Kirkwood, from the Von Lee westward) turn on well after dark. Need to be adjusted for DST. Currently turning on at 6:39pm, over an hour past sunset.
10th and Bypass lights issue
10th and the bypass railroad lights have been on and blocking traffic for at least an hour and nothing is being done!
Sidewalk is impassable when it rains.
