The street lights on Kirkwood from Indiana west several blocks are all out.

The lights on 3rd going over 37 and points west are not timed correctly... The traffic backup in the evenings rivals cities 5 times our size!

At the corner of Lincoln and Dodds. The curbs installed in the middle of the road to slow down traffic: The middle curb has lost its marking pole. At night, a person can easily run into this middle curb.
