Resident called in to state that a bag of trash had fallen out of trash truck and was on curb in front of his residence. James Moore went out to pick up the item and was unable to locate it.
Resident called in claiming recycling was not picked up. LS went out to pick up and noted that there was no recycling out at the curb.

Courtesy pickup. Resident called in stating that some of her trash was not picked up though she had put stickers on the bags. She assumed that someone had stolen the stickers. I told her we could do one courtesy pickup since we have no record of her residence.
