Dog repeatedly off leash. Defecting in neighborhood. Owner is not even outside. No where to be seen. Doesn't care. The dog could be hit by a car and would never know.
Constant barking dog all day, but really bad in the evenings. Someone help us bring an end to this and help this animal.
One of our neighbors continues to let their dog out of their yard and I came home to it in our yard this morning. It is very skittish and I'm unsure if it would bite if approached. It is a puppy, still, I believe. Approximately 1 year old..it's black with brown markings. I know other people have report4d issues with this neighbor's dogs being out several times without leashes

There is a dead skunk in the bike path under the railroad bridge that has been hit by a car. Because it is under the bridge the smell is trapped.
They have a dog that is chained 24/7 with a large heavy chain.

Was near 910 S Highland Ave on 5/21/24 around 7:30a while walking my dog and deer came out of nowhere, charged at us and would not back down; came as close as a foot from us. Another dog walker on Maxwell heard the commotion and helped distract it so we were able to get away. Do not feel safe at all walking around the area since I'm guessing there is a fawn nearby.
Unit 4 is deer feeding by intentionally leaving unattended bird seed and water out on her back porch, unit 4 at 807 S Morton. It has already attracted rats.
