Water Utility Problems

I have a rental property located @ 519 W Graham Plc (Timberridge condos) they have informed me that there is a water leak and the information came from your dept. I am wondering if I could get more information regarding this and if your worker turned off the water @ the meter to see the needle spinnng or if it was determined by the usage??? I called but your automated service said try back later. I was also wondering if I could get a copy of this tenants bills?? Please either call or email me. Thanks Diane Casad Landlord

We live right next to Bachelor Middle School and was not awaken during the Tornado Warning by the siren that is on the roof of Bachelor MS. We have been awaken by it more than once in the past 2 years and when it goes off it is much louder than our alarm clocks so I do not believe that all 4 of us would ever sleep through it. My request is just that the functionality of the siren at Bachelor Middle School is checked. Thank you.

Please forward this praise to the appropriate dept: If we haven't thanked the appropriate department already, on behalf of Bloomington Transit I want to give an enormous thanks to all the staff responsible for clearing the roads so that BT's fixed route and BTaccess (disabled transport) could successfully maintain operations last week during the awful cold and snow. This morning (1/19/21) our water heater broke and we had to have an emergency water shut off. Our water heater was fixed by 10am and I called to have our water turned back on. I was PROMISED that a technician would be by before 6pm to turn our water back on. No one arrived so I called the office and received a very rude response when I called to check if someone was still coming. I was told we would just have to be serviced the next day, even though I was told I would be serviced on the 19th and never was. This is a true inconvenience and we received an incredibly rude response.

Meter number 88431501 is an irrigation meter that has been off since Oct. I have called on this meter before and it still shows daily usage. Can someone check it again to see why I am still showing water usage?
