Storm drainage culvert on East side of Binford Elementary is continually flowing clear water even during dry summer times. It is flooding the front yard of 648 Woodscrest downstream. just started this summer. We thought it was runoff from the school AC units but now that weather has cooled, it is still flowing. Concerned there is a broken pipe under the school or nearby that is flowing continually into this storm drain under the school.

At bottom of driveway is larger patch of frozen water. We have had numerous water lines breaking and wonder if this is another? Ice patch is in curb and in street.

There appears to be a broken water main because water has been rising to the surface on my property the past 5 days. My front north sidewalk (photo attached), east sidewalk, and south concrete garage floor have been soaked for the past 5 days. My basement is dry and no pipes are leaking in my house. Branch hanging down scratches car roof. Looks like some work was done on a fire hydrant as the ground around it is dirt and I don't know if equipment hit the branch or what happened but it's hanging down. I tried to pull it down myself but there's no way.

There was construction at (Wheels Auto Sales) 624 S. Walnut street and ended about a week ago to fix a sink hole. There were cones left at the location (Wheels Auto Sales) and the owner of Wheels Auto took the cones and placed them on front of business sign causing blind spot for our customers trying to leave our business.
