The storm drain continues to stay clogged at 16th and Jackson. We have cleaned it 4 times this year. It. Is a drainage design flaw. Everything washes out and gets clogged .

The drainage ditch leading into a sewer grate behind our house is outgrown and filled with debris that is blocking the sewer grate. It is typically cleaned out by the city at least once a year but no one has come for more than 12 months.

This is in reference to a prior case submission (#913401) - the prior service request was closed and listed as the property owner's responsibility but the case history for the location shows that in 2014 the same issue was submitted by my former neighbor and the city did resolve the issue with the storm drain being blocked. 9/10/2024 10:05:29 Closed by Emily Tate According to CBU records, the ditch at this location is private property, so maintenance is the responsibility of the property owner, or in some cases a neighborhood group/HOA. The streets in my neighborhood haven't been cleaned in a long time. Where is the sweeping machine? I live in Rosewood Drive/Kinser
