There is a manhole cover located in my driveway that has a failing pit. The manhole has shifted and has caused a significant crack that is now sinking in my driveway that needs repaired. Wondering when this plate in front of our house can be replaced or fixed. The hole underneath and large gap under the plate (large enough for most animals to crawl into) is, I believe, causing our basement to flood like it hasn’t in 15 years of living here. Thanks.

During heavy rains, the back of the parking lot floods heavily - a lot of additional runoff is coming from the adjacent McDonalds parking lot.
