Hello there! Now that I have adopted two storm drains near my house, I am noticing the storm drains everywhere. This fairly clogged storm drain is in front of 811 N. Keystone Court in Tamarron. I saw it when walking around the neighborhood. I'm sorry, but I am not willing to take on a storm drain that is far from my home, so I thought I would bring it to your attention. Thanks. Rusty metal is pointing out of the road in front of my driveway. I just don't want to get a flat tire because of this.
Thank you Kathleen for updating ticket 175079. This is a follow-up to your update. I do desire to remain anonymous on ureport system. These storm sewers have long been functionally abandoned and really do not act as "ditches" anymore. In fact some of them seem to not have an inlet. It was not so much that that I though they should be "clean out" but more like the sharp metal hazard should be addressed. The exposed tops of at least three culverts have rusted through creating what I consider "sharp rusty hazards". Replacing those culverts (or repairing the rusty sections) is what I was thinking. Or maybe rotating them 180 degrees so the rusty part is down? My concern with the cleanout solution is the neighbors might not like the excavation unless the hazards are removed. I do not think anyone is complaining about the fact the culverts might not be doing much to handle water run off. Again I just walk my dog along Dodds and that is when I spotted the harzards. I do not live at these residences. Thank you again for the consideration.
Hi! I'm giving my neighbor's address rather than my own as hers is closer to the pothole. It is slightly west of 1917 E. Marilyn toward Nancy St.. There is a pothole that has been filled, but the filling substance is now collapsing into the pothole and there is small cavern-like opening. I suspect there is an issue with the sewer or pipes and am afraid that a larger portion of the road could soon be affected. I hope you are able to come out soon to check! Thank you so much! The storm drain that sits in the curb cut for my driveway is sinking. I can see fallen bricks through the grate. The road surface and sidewalk are both crumbling around it. I am worried that the drain grate may collapse.
Just north of 926 S. Highland Ave., a 15 ft area of the west side of the street (and storm drain) has crumbled to gravel-size and larger chunks of asphalt. As result of an earlier complaint, a small part was patched with blacktop that has now crumbled. My concern is not the ugly appearance. If we have a 5-10 year rain storm, the runoff down S. Highland easily will clog the storm drain underneath a parking area (owned by the city) in front for my home and likely will flood the first level of my home. I have observed the enormous flow of water in the storm drain during normal heavy rain and am certain an unusual downpour will now cause flooding. Please consider sending a truck to remove the street/storm drain debris.

Across the street, there is a drain that sends water along the southern border of my property to Clear Creek. This drain has not been maintained and is partially blocked. The ditch that carries the water yo Clear Creek, is also full of sediment. Please call me. Thank you.
Street drain water from Olcott Rd. has created a deep gully (~4 feet deep) along the property boundary of my home on Crandall Court. It has come to our attention, as mentioned by the owner, that there is an underground propane tank still present on this property. We are concerned about potential toxic effects if left in the ground. Please investigate and remove. We hope this will be removed to prevent contamination of underground water.
