I was asked to provide more information about a ticket which is open. I did not see a place to provide that information. The email was "no reply." The ticket did not allow me to add what was asked for. In addition: I had already given that info in the original ticket. Now there are two open tickets about the same rotted board: 181672 and 181669

I encountered one crazy bug after another. I asked for help, and did get an alternate link way to file from Officer Wells, so I'll have to use it. The last straw was when entering the victim info, the software kept erasing the required birthdate, and there was a blank pink error message. Since no one could use software which does that, the problem must be that I have an old computer with Windows XP. (But, but, browser upgrades are free! Hm, for some reason no one will buy me a new computer on which to put those free browsers.)
Does Eli McCormick still work for the City? It seems like if a uReport gets routed to Eli McCormick, it is lost. I had an issue previously with the City not updating its directory after an employee quit and Ureports were being assigned to that person and no one seemed to realize it. Case #181740 has not been touched in 14 days after being assigned to Eli. Case #181758 is at 9 days. Case #181718 is at 13 days. Case #181222 is approaching 2 months. Just checking in. . . There is a problem with a lot of trash around a bus stop and someone living in the bus stop basically, and nothing has been done about it for 2+ weeks now. Maybe Eli is working towards a resolution, or maybe Eli is no longer in town! Who knows. Thanks for checking.
I'm not sure uReport is working correctly. I've reported a few Bird scooters blocking sidewalks and the process seems to hang at the 4th step, saying that the request is being processing. I did create one earlier today and it progressed to the point where it showed my the ticket that was created. The next one I created did not and appeared to hang at step 4 again.
This app rarely works. It almost always gets stuck after submitting at the end. I have tried it on multiple browsers and cannot figure out the issue
Our apartment seems to have been entered twice this week. I know because an item was left; in addition, an item was taken. These thefts are unacceptable.
Hello - This year I have twice alerted the City to issues with individuals who were still actively receiving uReport cases in the uReport system and listed on the City directory as employees despite having terminated their employment with the City. I would suggest the City look into how it deals with former employee accounts and emails in City systems as it is wild to be that the City does not seem to have controls in place for it. See Case # 181859 and Case # 180664 for the two examples of the City allowing uReports to go sit in inboxes of ex-employees and go unresolved for the concerned citizens of Bloomington reporting issues to the City government. Time to audit the systems and clean this up! Good luck.
On the home page, please make it clear that your website can only be used to file a police report for crimes that occur within the boundaries of the city of Bloomington. Also, please provide a link for reporting crimes that occurred in the larger area of Monroe County. Thank you!
