The uReport system is hanging up at the submission phase. I'm trying to report a sidewalk problem with a photo attached, but it has hung up at the submission phase multiple times on different days that I've tried.

I am the webmaster for the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles. Your incident report form requires the DOB of the property owner or complainant, but since there is no option to hand type the date, I would have to click back in the calendar hundreds of times from the current date to reach my DOB. No thanks!

The main webpage for the uReport system starts with "Report a issue". It should say, "Report *an* issue."

This is a suggestion for a website related service. You’ve rolled out a calendar for yard waste and recycling pickup on re-collect, which I use and greatly appreciate. I am wondering if a similar calendar accessed through myBloomington can be established for street cleaning (with the suggestion that cars be moved if possible) to maximize efficiency.

When I try to click on a permit I previously applied for in the Civic access portal, I receive an error message. This prevents me from checking on the status of the permit. I also received this error message two weeks ago when I tried to check on another permit.
