Newly installed water line was turned on and it is leaking profusely directly from the meter. Shut the water off at street to stop leaking until it can be fixed. At my home address : 4777 E. Lampkins Ridge Rd the manhole cover on the underground water meter is cracked leaving a hole in the ground.
My water meter shows that I may have a leak. I would like someone to come and see if it is between my house and the meter or the meter and the road.

We had the water meter turned off due to a line break. Our plumber tells us the meter itself is shatter and will need to be replaced.
