The HVAC by the north entrance to the County side of Showers was giving off an almost Ozone like smell yesterday evening as I was leaving. Just wanted to bring it to your attention as I know that unit has had some issues recently.
Dumpster behind 568 and by garage 1. Furniture left there and other garbage strewn around dumpsters and property. While here, drive by all the dumpsters on property. Trash here is a constant problem. This place needs stiffer fines because the issue is constant.
There is a mound of snow blocking the pathway from the B-Line to the City Hall parking lot. It is impassable.
A city utility pole has been defaced with large graffiti. The graffiti supports a US designated terrorist organization. Please remove these ugly markings. I frequently shop at the Lowe's in that area and have seen it for months. It's very disturbing.
Door stop on the Assistant Manager's door is broken and will not hold itself in the upright position.
