Here I am standing atop this structure, howling at the moon like any feral Indiana Kat does, and I see the ease with which someone could make themselves flat as a pancake here in this town I love. Look at that ledge: if it is bar height should it be well to have a rail?

all the way from round about up hill going west on winslow. i have picked up there before but to dangerous for me.
Is there any plan to pick the trash along N Walnut Street? There's been a lot of trash along the road for a number of months, especially underneath the railroad bridge between 12th and 14th streets, the intersection at the IN-45/46 Bypass, & north of the AAA location.
