BIRD scooter has been in the street for 4 days. I submitted an online form to the BIRD website on April 9. Our street has pedestrians, cyclists, and increased cars parking on the street.
I was told by Rhonda at Bloomington housing authority that the construction project taking place in our courtyard on Lindbergh will be a covered structure for bicycle parking. My concern is if motorized vehicles like scooters and motorcycles park there, the c shape created by the three tall apartment buildings surrounding the courtyard already create an amphitheater that echoes every sound. The noise from bikes that people built themselves around here are loud enough, but if they're revving them up in our courtyard and if there's an awning, and we're in this low level across the street from a hill, please consider how loud this will be in our apartments where there's gaps around our front door. I work full-time and need my sleep at night and to rest on the weekends. There are small children living here who need to be in bed at night. Please consider including signs that there will be no motorcycles or motor scooters parking here. I think bicycle parking is wonderful and I am enthusiastic about having bicycle parking.

Why have we had an empty big box store for years? Kmart. One of the biggest blights and we're letting a land speculator hold it or what? There's so much focus on other areas of the city it's neglectful to keep a giant empty metal warehouse by College Mall instead of putting the area to badly needed good use. Please step it up and put some attention to getting the area occupied and revitalized. Why are there all these meetings about the hospital that isn't even empty yet when we've had this massive empty structure for so long. Help please. Thank you.
Please consider adding scooter corrals in Green Acres. Suggestions for location - the traffic calming bump outs on 7th, the 4th street footpath, anyone of the several easements that are overgrown with invasives and border the roads.

I got a royaty payments in june my royaty payment in june my ro yaty payment was a hundred in somthing dallars but know i make 3 million in book sales everyday and i know i should of had more than that if i count for 60days or 90 days each day and just AVERTISED MY book. Blocked stop sign- I have posted this before, when a food truck parks on Kirkwood in front of the library near Lincoln (north side of the street) the stop sign for west bound traffic is obscured. In the 5 minutes I have been watching, 4 cars have completely run the stop sign. If the sign was in the small planter bed closest to the street or mounted on the same pole as the street sign, this might be avoided. Or at a minimum post no parking sign for tall vehicles. Thanks!
Abandoned and blocking sidewalks: 2 Bird ebikes at first location and 1 Bird ebike at second location. I reported the first location on the Bird website, but they have not retrieved them.
