Cup and Kettle- No store front currently online sales only. I bought gift cards to help with scaffolding and helping her store and she will no longer will take them. Bad business practice and customer service. Cup and Kettle is preparing her tea at her residence and only online sales. Would like this reported for bad business practices and health and safety issue.
Owner of Cup and Kettle Tea LLP, Jessica Messmer, Medusa Enterprises LLC is mixing tea at the her own home on 1/28. The business is closed and she is now fulfilling online orders and city orders in her private residence basement without a commercial kitchen and guidelines. The basement had a recent rodent infestation and poor sanitation. This is a concern for health and breaks the law. Please address this, I fear someone will get sick. Owner is mixing tea at her residence in the basement of her home. This home and basement has sanitary issues (previously reported) such as ants, rodents, and squirrel infestation. There is not a licensed kitchen and I have ordered and afraid of what conditions my tea is packaged in. No response from business about my order and her tea shop is closed permanently since end of December. She has posted on social media she is working on the orders and other posts state she is working on them in her residence basement. This is a concern. Thank you for investigating. The Golden shear barbershop has recently passed over new ownership. The establishment and owner have been unlawfully operating without any legal licenses. The owner and barbers have been giving services to the public without proper training and ever obtaining a license through the state barber board as required. This matter is very important and serious as without the proper training diseases such as hepatitis, HIV, or other infectious diseases can spread. The use of the razor blade and the lack of training in sanitation and chemical control can be a danger to the public. With many students entering the establishment there’s a risk with the spread of these diseases. The city of Bloomington should hold this business up to standards and make sure they get barbers license and state board approval to operate.
With the construction going on in the Building Trades Park homeless people are starting to hang out in the church parking lot across the street. The security patrols for the park used to check out that parking lot but have stopped since the construction has started. It would be nice if they swung through occasionally while the construction is going on.
Rockets is terrible about upkeep of the pumps. Multiple times I have visited to find the same pumps never stop upon a car or can being full. I’ve brought this issue up to management multiple times, but they’ve never fixed it and consumers end up spending money on wasted gas - also a hazard. I specifically know pump 13 has this issue.

This ticket # goes with the u report I sent today under miscellaneous business xfinity tech throwing wire over the fence when no one was looking. Also a senior with cancer fell on his face a years ago out back here on cable
On Tuesday October 29 xfinity technician came to Oaklawn park condos buried wire that had been unburied 3 weeks left flags and threw orange wire over the fence. Tired of being treated like dirt because I don’t have a home with a fenced in yard. Littering is illegal. I want the City to contact the regional manager xfinity and have a discussion at this point. I fear for my safety reporting this
