There is a loud rumbling noise coming from Carlise factory since 10pm Sunday December 5 that is causing shaking of my house and vibrations that can be felt inside. Noise from the factory has been an ongoing issue, but it has been increasing in volume and intensity for a few months. The factory was quiet yesterday during the day (Sunda) bu the noise and reverberations that began at 10pm last night has been the worst yet. I'm concerned for my personal safety, but also for the structure of my house and utilities - especially gas lines.

See report #193268. The bicycle is still there. Bird did *not* take care of it. It is east of Basswood and west of South Stone on the north side of Bloomfield Road, sort of in the middle of nowhere. Easily seen by motorists.

Two Birds scooters have been abandoned and blocking the sidewalk at 1401 S Lincoln St. people have tried contacting the company via their app and over the phone and gotten zero response.

Blue electric bicycle lying on walkway about 150 yards east off Basswood on north side of Bloomfield Rd. Has been lying there for a few weeks.

Sexton Wilbert vault company continuously violates the cities noise ordinance and I would like to file a formal complaint. I have lived in the neighborhood for over 35 years without complaint, however, S & W is getting increasingly getting louder with their semi-truck idling for over 2 hours every week (1 - 3:30 a.m.). Also, their access from the street needs to be looked at. It is very dangerous to the traffic traveling east/west on Allen street. The access is too steep for them to stop with their oversized equipment attached to their vehicles. There was an accident a few weeks ago because the truck could not stop and crashed into oncoming traffic. This accident destroyed my mailbox and damaged my yard. I would greatly appreciate if someone from the street department could investigate the access in and out of Sexton Wilbert Vault Company. It is very dangerous and needs to be addressed. Since about June/July last year, karate class is happening in my culdesac. At first it was a single student lesson, but then it turned into multiple students and multiple classes a week with parents/cars lining the street. There were 2 classes Sunday, another yesterday evening, and 2 more today. I'm almost positive the guy running classes is from MCMA which closed its dojo doors during the pandemic. We felt like this was okay when it started. One of the kids lives next door and it was one class here and there, but this is kind of getting out of control. I don't want to ruin it for the kids who are getting some activity, but I don't understand why they don't do this in the park. I guess my question is is there any problem with someone teaching karate classes in a public culdesac?

One of the businesses just north of Broadview neighborhood on Rogers street is sounding an alarm like a truck's reverse beep during the city's overnight quiet hours. On Thursday May 20th it can be heard at 3am at nearby residences.
