BIRD scooter has been in the street for 4 days. I submitted an online form to the BIRD website on April 9. Our street has pedestrians, cyclists, and increased cars parking on the street.
Well past city quiet hours, either IMEI or Catalent are running equipment that beeps so loudly I can hear it from inside my home. During the day, this is expected and understood since I chose to purchase a home near these businesses. However, regularly at 11pm on a Wednesday or 3am on a Monday, I am either kept awake or woken up by consistent and constant beeping. I am not sure what the City can do to enforce quiet hours upon businesses but it would be really great if something could be done.

I found this company online and was looking into their products. I found their official Reddit page, and it seems as if they discharge firearms into an empty barrel inside of their shop. Is this safe? Is this even legal? Can just anyone do this? Can my neighbors be doing this? I feel like my Adopt-a-Stream time and energy for the City is made a mockery when corporations throw cable in the woods. This ticket # goes with the u report I sent today under miscellaneous business xfinity tech throwing wire over the fence when no one was looking. Also a senior with cancer fell on his face a years ago out back here on cable
On Tuesday October 29 xfinity technician came to Oaklawn park condos buried wire that had been unburied 3 weeks left flags and threw orange wire over the fence. Tired of being treated like dirt because I don’t have a home with a fenced in yard. Littering is illegal. I want the City to contact the regional manager xfinity and have a discussion at this point. I fear for my safety reporting this
Since about June/July last year, karate class is happening in my culdesac. At first it was a single student lesson, but then it turned into multiple students and multiple classes a week with parents/cars lining the street. There were 2 classes Sunday, another yesterday evening, and 2 more today. I'm almost positive the guy running classes is from MCMA which closed its dojo doors during the pandemic. We felt like this was okay when it started. One of the kids lives next door and it was one class here and there, but this is kind of getting out of control. I don't want to ruin it for the kids who are getting some activity, but I don't understand why they don't do this in the park. I guess my question is is there any problem with someone teaching karate classes in a public culdesac?
