Absentee owner of property to east of 1208 W. 8th St. seems to have abandoned yard again. Grass is over 2 feet tall, thick dirt from construction is all over the sidewalk, and my landlord and I have been cutting back the bushes/part of the lawn so that they don't completely block the sidewalk. I can barely get my son's stroller through and the mud is extremely slippery after a hard rain. Our yard also has a major chigger infestation from the owner only mowing his lawn two or three times a year in previous years so that I can't even take my toddler outside to play without us both suffering from dozens of bites. Please help!

This lot backs up to Acuff Road. The resident called to say there is brush, old fencing and some debris on the backside of 1150 W. Sugarberry Court (the area near the sidewalk and Acuff Road) that needs to be cleaned up. He thinks the lot is still owned by the developer.
