I need to report a tenant who is living at a storage facility by renting out an office space and is also using it for vehicle storage with multiple trucks being stored out in the driveways. This is causing a concern and an issue. This has been informed to the landlord and still continues.

Hi Folks,
Recently I reported that a neighbor of mine had not been cutting his grass (he lives at 2227 Laurelwood Drive). Someone from your office put a note on his door, and within a couple days the grass was cut. Thank you! However, this weekend I received the written warning from the city! (I live at 460 Laurelwood Drive...funny numbering in this subdivision). My grass is always well-kept, so I think someone just got confused. The form said this warning was issued by #208. Just know that the person at 2227 Laurelwood Drive did not get the warning, and it would be great to remove the warning from my records. Thanks so much!

There is a SUV size pile of trash on the sidewalk and in the street directly across from the Grant Street Inn office. Has been growing for weeks. Blocking pedestrians. Unacceptable. Please help.

Hello - I want to anonymously report a concern. Is this allowed? I will not report until I know it is possible.
In the past, the Mayor’s office contacted someone I did not wish to know about me

The Lincoln Place condo trash bin is full of neighbor's trash that they dump in our trash bin. We have the labels and the names of the people who have been violating the ordinance. Please email me so we can arrange a time to discuss this. Or call my office line: 812 855 8973. Thank you!!!

Larry Williams called into Elizabeth Walter at the Mayor's office to complain about the property at 612 N. Monroe being over run with cats (around 10) and trash.
He owns four neighboring properties: 623, 631, 635, 639 N. Monroe.
He filed a uReport about this himself over a month ago and said there hasn't been any progress on the matter.
I filed this for Animal Control but HAND and Public Works may be interested as well since there is an abundance of trash as well.

Hi Doris,
I drive by this house on my way home. It appears to be a rental. The yard has not been mowed in a month. There is a fence down on the Atwater side of this home. It's a mess in a highly traveled area. Thought I'd send it your way for your staff to address.
Thanks,

Unsafe Buildings

The leasing office and pool building of Woodbridge Apartments has restrooms you can get trapped in.
There are two restrooms, one mens and one womens, that connect to the exterior (on the pool side) and the interior (on the leasing office side). During normal business hours you can easily enter and exit the restrooms without a key from the interior, leasing office, side. You can also enter the restroom without a key from the pool side, but in order to return to the pool you must use a key that tenants have been given.
This creates an environment you can get trapped in. Once the office is closed, it is impossible to leave the restroom through the door that is normally unlocked during the day. If you accidentally enter from the pool side without having a key, once the door closes you'll be trapped until someone finds you.
Surely this is unsafe and not up to code. I'm reporting this anonymously as I am a tenant and do not want to cause trouble with the landlord.
Thanks for your time.

Sent Monday, May 21: "I have been to your office to complain about the mess at 823 w. 7th street. The front porch is covered with trash that has been accumulating for 15-20 years. The back and side yards are overgrown and contain litter and receptacles that can fill with standing water. The property is a breeding ground for mosquitos, rats, and other pests. I and several neighbors believe it poses a risk to public health. Your enforcement officer took a look, but told me that nothing was ticketable. I respectfully disagree. While the overgrown vegetation is not “turf grass”, it is a menace and eyesore. The garbage on the porch attracts human as well as animal pests. It invites others to litter and dump on the property.
Although I was at your office, I was not given a complaint form to sign. Nor was I able to submit a complaint on your website. (I don’t know why unless it was my iPad) I definitely want to file an official complaint and have it kept on record. I also ask you to reconsider and help us to clean up this blight on the neighborhood.
Thank you."
