The sidewalk on 7th street between Walnut and College is still covered in snow and ice. Most people are walking across the Taco Bell parking lot and cutting across the landscaping at One City Center in order to reach the One City Center building b/c that way is easier to walk on than the icy sidewalk. It would be greatly appreciated if the sidewalk could be cleared. the other sidewalks in this area are already clear and clean. Thank you!

This lot backs up to Acuff Road. The resident called to say there is brush, old fencing and some debris on the backside of 1150 W. Sugarberry Court (the area near the sidewalk and Acuff Road) that needs to be cleaned up. He thinks the lot is still owned by the developer.

There is a City-owned tree in the ROW that is completely covered in vines, some of which are poison ivy. The vines are right next to the sidewalk, and are so high that the vine is going to seed. Is this the responsibility of the adjacent property owner, or does the City attend to its own trees?
