UNDERSTANDS THERE ARE COVENANTS/RESTRICTIONS REGARDING PARKING THERE. THERE IS NO H.O. ASSN TO ENFORCE..DOES CITY ENFORCE THESE? THIS MAY BE A MULTI-DEPT COMPLAINT. PLEASE CALL HER.
