The property located at 2622 has trash on the back porch as well as in the yard. There is now a foul odor coming from the area. Someone drug some of the trash to the front of the house but he does not know if there are any stickers on the bags. The pickup is not until Friday. The caller does not know if someone is still living there. It is a rental and he has tried contacting the owners but to no avail.

Trash is sitting AROUND 2603 S. Bryan and you can see it from the street. The Citizen also stated that dogs are getting into the trash as well. He was not sure of the address. He called back in to report the same problem on 10/22/2004.

The residents/tenants at either 2600 or 2602 S. Bryan Street moved out and left several bags of trash. The bags/cans do not have stickers on them. Sanitation Department has left notices that bags need stickers. The gentleman at 2603 S. Bryan Street has received the notice but he states that the trash problem is across from him.
