Trash
1850 S Covey LN
- Case Date:
- 3/17/2015
This trash container, on the west side of S Covey Lane, in Front of the Life Designs duplexes, has been on the side of the road for several weeks. Not sure if the person moved or if they have just stopped bringing it back after pickup.
The Tyler’s Turn Home Owners Association had several dead ash trees on their HOA property. These trees were just off the border of our property, and two have fallen during storms in the past year. They hired someone to remove the dead trees, and most of the work was performed three weeks ago. However, they left one dead tree standing. It it is in a position to cause some major damage, this one is leaning onto our property, and the tree company made a partial cut at its base (see the attached picture). If it falls, it could destroy quite a bit of our landscaping & stonework, as well as another neighbor's fence. I’ve twice written to the HOA president, Eric Dainton <edainton@renaissancerentals.com>, alerting him of this situation, but have not received a response. The property’s parcel number is 53-08-10-210-002.000-009, and the owner is listed as Huntington, Renaissance Partners. It is located immediately to the east of 1857 S Covey Ln.
My trash was not picked up this week, though I placed it on the curb the night before. No " non collection" notice was left, so I'm assuming this was an oversight.
We can see a stand of bamboo (not sure what kind) along the north edge of Winslow Woods, which is adjacent to the property mentioned above.
Bamboo growing along Highland Ave.
Trash from the construction site at corner of Miller Drive and S. Henderson is migrating into the alley at the rear of the property. Please have the trash on the site and in the alley cleaned up.
Trash in yard, sign states moving, but nothing gone in weeks
