Excessive yard growth on front, fenced in, and sides of home. Assumed height of excessive growth in front is 5-7 feet, 12-16" in fenced ik area, and varying growth heights near/by trash cans. Driveway also has excessive weed/overgrowth and is overall an unsightly state. Have seen on a few occasions that trash cans get left as shown in picture, as well as trash/debris is common to be seen in driveway. I had other pictures to better show the driveway but can only submit one picture I think.

Maybe the homeowners just don't care that their yard is out of control, trash is still abundant outside and have seen raccoons and opossums lingering around regularly. How can the city compell this residence to actually take action and clean this up.
