The landowner at this address has installed DIY compost collection system of structures in the city ROW adjacent to the property. The compost is poorly managed with anaerobic odors detectable 1/2 block away. In addition the area is immediately adjascent to a city storm drain such that nutrient runnoff from the compost is a major immediate concern. They also have allowed the invasive, noxious weed Johnson grass to grow up in the city ROW areas nearby as well as elsewhere on their property.

The house at 2615 Rockport looks abandoned. Construction/repairs was being done on it but a large branch fell into the house in the back and now has a large hole in the roof. 2521 S Rogers St. Tenant moved out because of rodents, air conditioner not working and other problems. Home owner tries to fix all problems himself although wiring companies seem to be talking to owner. Pointing to roof of house and lines leading to house. Home owner owner of other rentals on S Rogers. This house should be checked to make sure no code violations. Home owner recently blocked house numbers on house. Worried about possible fire and others not being able to report an address.

We had to move due to our rental, not having heat or running water. The hot water heater went out, as well as the heater. Landlord refused to fix. The landlord was notified, and the response was for us to fix it.
