Heather Marie Zuhl of 216 N. Lincoln St. illegally dumped her trash into the dumpster of 208 N. Lincoln, we have examples of the trash dumped
yard overgrown with weeds, knee high
Neighbor says the furniture in the yard at 805 N Lincoln was placed there by the tenants who moved out of 806 N Lincoln. She does not want 806 N Lincoln to be blamed for something they did not do.
Overflowing dumpster on the sidewalk across the street from Mathers Museum (on Fess). Situation is attracting rodents.
She said she has called before and nothing has been done. The dumpster is always overflowing and trash is blowing into her yard. The dumpster is behind her house.

Dumpster has been moved next to an exit door and not in a containment area. 705 N. Grant has toilet paper in the trees and everywhere.
Trash from Lesley M. Chiasson, 318 N. Dunn St. was found in the dumpster at 315 E. 7th.
There is trash all over the yard.
