The yard on the corner of N. Stoneycrest Road and Winding Way is a jungle. I have not seen anyone come out of that house for years. Grass is high and weeds and trees have taken over. It is a terrible eyesore for our neighborhood. I can't see the address because it isn't listed on the mailbox, but you can't miss it. The one next to it on Stoneycrest has grass over eight inches high as well.
This trash has been setting in front of 116 E. 19th for a month. It's unsightly. And the grass in the yard is a foot tall.
Property isn't being maintained. Please note - it is not the homeowner's responsibility to maintain the common property - it is the responsibility of the Winslow Farm Community Association. All areas around the ponds are overgrown and represent a hazard. The area next to 612 E Winslow Farm Dr. is overgrown (picture above) as well.
Overgrowth of weeds and foliage making the sidewalk impassible. Sidewalk in front of eastern most building and just south of the complex entrance.
Residents at 616 N Washington have left trash on public sidewalk and front yard. Pedestrians have to walk on street to pass. The renters have had a month to figure out how to manage trash and have not. Please help. It is a bad situation.
Debris left at 703 N Washington in May and is still there now on July. Please help.
I HAVE BEEN REPORTING FOR WEEKS Please help. This is getting very dangerous. His bushes have completely blocked the road and he was very hostile when I talked to him.
2412 s Madison st overgrown over my fence and into my fence and will ruin it. I am having my fence painted soon I need this corrected. I own at least a foot on other side of my fence so I can maintain it and it.
I reported Tall Grass/Weeds at 3521 & 3523 S. Burks Ct. 47401, about July 10, 2025. Case# 204132. When I checked on the case, (because mowing has not been done), it says the case is closed as of 7/18/2025. That was 4 days ago. How long do you give the tenants/owners to resolve this issue?
