At 731 S Parkway Dr the yard is extremely unkept. Grass not mowed, weeds are high, shrubs so overgrown you can’t see front door, they are as tall as the house, up to the gutters. Back yard is overgrown also. Neighbors are concerned. You can see a kiddie pool surrounded by weeds. The driveway has junk cars with flat tires and a dumpster is permanently in the driveway. If the inside is as bad as the outside it is unfit to live in especially for children. Please do something. Neighbors know this has been reported for years and nothing changes. I would think the school bus driver would report it. Summer time people take walks and everyone sees this run down property. Pest control services in the area told us they wouldn’t go back to the house it was so bad inside from his view from the front door. The mailman has to see it. PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!!

3620 S. Kingsbury Ave. Debris in front yard from the storm we had a couple months ago. Shrubs are overgrown. Some limbs from storm hanging in the downspout on the west side of the house. Property looks very unkempt unlike the rest of the homes on our street.

I recently stayed at the Candlewood Suites in Bloomington, IN Room 424 on September 20-22, 2024 and have recently become ill with a respiratory infection due to BLACK MOLD in the underlayment of the bathroom LVT flooring and carpeting. This is prevalent throughout the entire hotel. I am a General Contract/Builder of hotels and understand BLACK MOLD ISSUES. This hotel should not be operational in several rooms. I am available to discuss this dangerous situation. When you send an investigator to the hotel to investigate the health hazards, do not just limit yourself to room 424 this is throughout the hotel.

At the address of 1125 E Hunter, the homeowner leaves trash and recycle bins blocking the sidewalk after pick up. This homeowner will leave the bins out all week and take trash to bin daily instead of taking bin back to property. These bins block the entire sidewalk at Hunter and Ballantine on the west side of the sidewalk.

Could you please ask the landlord at 402 E 1st Street to clean up the leaves in their front yard? Twice now, their leaves have blown onto my property at 404 E 1st Street. I had my yard cleaned before Thanksgiving and again today, December 14. As you can see from the photo, my property (on the left) is well-maintained, while 402 (on the right) is not. I would appreciate it if the landlord could take responsibility and maintain the property in a way that reflects good neighborly behavior. FYI: I do not have trees on my front or side yards. Hi, Kudos to Parks and Rec for their excellent snow removal on the parking lot and some of the trails at the Rogers Family Park (Goat Farm) at High and Winslow! I truly appreciate being able to get my dog out for a walk there. However, if I walk to the park (instead of driving) the SIDEWALK leading into the park is literally a sheet of ice. Does the City need to remove snow/ice from sidewalks or just stores and property owners? This seems quite hypocritical and dangerous!

It is almost a week since the snow and sidewalks aren’t shoveled. The 3700 block of Sare on both sides of the road hasn’t been shoveled.
