Sewage keeps backing up in our bathtub - smells terrible, toilet doesnt flush when this happens and cant be used. Standing water on the floor/carpet. These issues keep happening and the apartment complex says that they fix it and then it happens again. This time maintenance said it is an airconditioning unit. I can explain more if you can call me. Side yard is covered in weeds 2-3 feet high. It's causing a major mosquito problem in the neighborhood.
Trash and recycle cans have not been moved from the curb for about 3 weeks. There also is a pile of sticks and branches next to them that has been sitting there for weeks. It won't be picked up because it is not a bound bundle, or in a bag/container. Repeat offenders: 1718 Circle Drive
The trash and recycling bins were on the sidewalk in front of the house this evening (Thursday). Since the bins were full and their trash day is Monday, I suspect the bins were placed out 4 days early.
Previous post closed without being fixed. There is excessive growth/weeds coming out of the street between sidewalks and road itself making our city look trashy and not maintained. Incident was closed bc “they wernt blocking sidewalk.” That is irrelevant. I would like to know who closed the last complaint. Tax paying citizens are paying for the streets and sidewalks to be maintained.
