Other: I forgot to mention in my original report, #200064, that I called management yesterday about this ongoing issue, and it’s yet to be taken care of. This is sassafras apartments, particularly in front of apts 39, 40, and 41.

In accordance with Bloomington Municipal Code 6.07.010 (a), a property owner gets 24 hours after the snow or ice has ceased to fall or in any way accumulate to remove it before we can issue a violation. In the event of a violation, the neighborhood compliance officer will issue a Notice of Violation (NOV) to the property owners via first class mail and by placing a copy of the notice of violation on the property.
