Recycling cans on the ally are overflowing with unbagged trash (not recyclables). They have not been emptied in weeks.
Furniture left at the curb.
Trash cans next to front doors of 518 and 520 N Lincoln are overfilled, lids have been hinged open and there is now trash/debris that has fallen onto the sidewalks. Concern for pest animals, raccoons, mice/rats, etc.
Case# 203083 should be associated with 819 N. Grant. That property also has a pending tree-of-heaven report (currently about to bloom), but the poison ivy and other invasives are now covering half the sidewalk along Grant. The responsibility for the mess is likely shared with the adjacent property to the south (815 N. Grant), but it is not obvious where the property line actually is.
Multiple large trees-of-heaven growing on north and east lot lines of property.
Large tree-of-heaven growing on west side of building alongside Grant Street.
Large tree-of-heaven growing on south side of lot.
