trash is 70 plus pounds. they are overweight every other week, is a recurring problem. please look at history, multiple offenses within last three-five months. LDB.

trash has been setting out for three weeks. has been issued non-collection notice for no stickers. neighbor called to complain this morning as well.
putting half stickers on bags. has been problem before, after being written up they stop for a while but then do it again anyway.
The trash is piled up next to the curb/sidewalk. It has been there over a week and the Sanitation Department did give them a notice for no stickers.
There is a red pickup truck at the back of the property that is full of 30-40 bags of trash. (On Central full of trucks). house on 11th. next door is lotsa cars on the yard
Since house was torn down they have not taken care of the lot. It is overgrown.
move out. left all trash, large items, tv on curb. no stickers.

Mrs. Friedman stated that the house located at 803 W. Kirkwood has piled a lot od debris on her property located @ 801 W. Kirkwood and 108 S. Maple. She would like someone to talk to the the people at this address and get the debris removed so her contractor can start work. She would like a call back after the inspector talks to the residents.
