Concern Regarding Unusual Activity and Property Conditions Next to My Business Dear City Official, Good Morning, I am reaching out to express my concern about some recent developments at the property located next to my business at 811 N Walnut St. Since new residents moved in, there has been a noticeable increase in unusual activity that is negatively impacting the appearance and environment around my business. Specifically, the residents have been leaving trash overflowing into the alley, some of which is spilling over onto my property. This not only creates a messy and unsanitary environment but also makes a poor impression on my clients as they arrive at my business. Additionally, there are two cars at the property: one that does not appear to be running and another that is frequently being worked on. There are also cars frequently pulling up in the alley, where individuals from the house briefly interact with the vehicles before returning inside. The overall condition of the property and the ongoing activity is concerning, and I would appreciate your assistance in addressing this issue. As a business owner, it is important to me that the surrounding environment reflects positively on the area, and I believe this situation is detracting from that. Maybe the homeowners just don't care that their yard is out of control, trash is still abundant outside and have seen raccoons and opossums lingering around regularly. How can the city compell this residence to actually take action and clean this up.

Renters here have way more trash every week than will fit in the small trash can/cart they have. Bags of trash left on the driveway beside can/cart. Why are they not required to get a bigger cart? Animals will get into trash and scatter it. They don't take the cart back to the house for several days also.

someone has mowed along there on the east side of the road and filled the street and curbs full of grass. thats why the drins are clogged up. not sure who mowes that area, but needs cleaned up. thank you
