yard waste has no stickers. this is 3rd week in a row. thanks.
no stickers. is a cul-de-sac. not sure what trash belongs to who in the area. 155 is the closest to trash so that is the address that is continually written up. none of the cans have addresses written on them so it is hard to know who to write up exactly. thanks.
Toilet paper all over the yard. Also, the neighbor believes the house is or will be over-occupied.
The problem is the vacant lot behind 1301 E. Maxwell Lane. The citizen stated the lot is overgrown with weeds/trees/shrubs. He had waited before calling in hoping the property owner would take care of the problem but they did not. He believes the property owner is the same as that of 1214 E. 1st Street.

Northeast corner of Dixie and Palmer. Chain-link fence with lots of overgrowth, poison ivy encroaching on adjoining properties.
