Tree-of-heaven that was alongside house has been cut, but there remains tree-of-heaven and poison ivy growing right by the sidewalk out of the side of the soon-to-collapse retaining wall, right where passersby can brush up against it.
Tenants moved out and left a pile of trash in the front of the house, but the "landlord" does not respond to complaints (Jeff Jones, Pendragon). Can the City do anything about it?
