Rather than pictures I have videos of the property I am renting from Parker Real Estate Management. They have not complied with their end of my lease and I currently have poison ivy and poison oak growing in my yard. I’ve contacted them about the issue and there has been no movement on correcting it. Would really appreciate if an inspector came by as there is also mold growing in the gutters and overall upkeep of the house is concerning. Thank you.

Dumpster behind this building is over flowing constantly, its only to be utilized by tenants of the building but many other people are illegally dumping. Causing rodents and bugs.
