For several days, by the dumpster near garage 1, there has been furniture and other garbage not in dumpster. Check all dumpsters in complex as the people here create improperly thrown away trash. Also, for several days in the parking lot on left of building 568, there has been a green ( with some black on it) car with old clothes being stuffed through a front window, and cinderblocks on top holding down a rubber floor mat. On going and unaddressed mold. Crack in the threshold wall resulting in water damage leading into the home. Rental property has not done anything to assist or repair the issue. Personal property is damaged and black mold is persisting under the sink in the kitchen and presumably under the carpet that remains soaked at all time.

This has been like this for some timeSo now we have rats in the neighborhood. I suspect they are using the yellow receptacle for garbage. It has been overflowing for weeks.

This house is abandoned. The lawn has not been mowed yet this season. This has been an ongoing problem for at least four years. Now there are rodents (rats, raccoons, groundhogs) living in the shed which is falling down and is a hazard, especially being so close to my property line. With the overgrown trees and bushes you can barely see the house or get to the front door.
