Caller to HAND reporting that there is trash and other items in the yard and front driveway. Appears that tenants have moved out and left in this condition. Caller is concerned about rodents, raccoons, etc.

Could someone please force the pig tenants or the pig landlord of this house to clean up all the crap that is lying by the house and all over the alley and that has been there for months! Leaving a little flyer on their doorstep does nothing.
There is a hole in the driveway of this complex on the direct route from the new sidewalk across to the street. My kid tripped on it last night after dark, discovering the issue. I'm not sure if it's the responsibility of the city or the apartment complex, but it is a safety hazard for pedestrians. It goes all the way down to the culvert. Thanks.
This house completely neglects their yard all summer unless the city gives them tickets. Their landlord is useless and won’t take action unless threatened with fines. I take care of my yard and I’m sick of living next to this.
