1221 green tree lane. trash in front, side and back of house..it STINKS. Been there for 3 weeks

This home owner has let the grass and weeds overgrow around the whole property. The mailbox, deck, side of the house all are covered in over growth. Plus the grass is over a foot tall. I'm tired of looking at it and it making the neighborhood look like crap. Plus they have a refrigerator sitting in their driveway and a crappy rust bucket of a vehicle sitting on the curb.
