They are throwing their trash out into the yard, they have not taken their trash out in roughly a month, and there have been dogs and rodents getting into the trash. The trash has also caused a smell in the surrounding areas.

Please keep this anonymous. My Parents are my landlord and my Mom almost died from sepsis UTI can’t handle stress. These occupants have had sharp broken glass in common area for over 6 months. This is where I walk there probably should legally be an alleyway or sidewalk here - I’m not asking for that but I’m asking for no broken mirrors
