Large pile of trash heaped up against the NW corner of this building. It has been there awhile, and there is a faded HAND notice on the front door that appears to be for the trash but it has been ignored. This property also has bush honeysuckle growing out onto the sidewalk, halfway covering it now.
Garbage piled up on the NW corner of the house. It is not only a fire-hazard, but vagrants are now digging through it.

There is trash pile around the house. The yard isn't mowed. It is vacant and people are slipping in and out of the house. Rats have been viewed running from the property.

The garbage is still piled up on the north side of the house (in front of the garage door on the E/W alley that runs from Lincoln to Grant and is parallel and in between 11th and 12th streets.) Please assign this case to someone who is more careful and has some familiarity with the neighborhood.
