Back and side yard has not been mowed this entire growing season. Front yard was haphazardly mowed, but the rest of the lot is still untouched. Concerned about tics, vermin, insects, etc...especially with kids.
haven't seen any humans around this property for several days. At least one dog on property (there were two, but I have only seen one recently). Can access inside and outside, I believe, but I don't know if there is food or water. Dog's condition has deteriorated in recent couple weeks-dull coat in need of attention, ears and eyes not as alert as usual. Welfare check needed. Back yard is also extremely overgrown, untagged junk RV sitting in front driveway. Several problems are apparent. Property care has declined steadily over last 6 months. Grass is over a foot tall.
Large vacant field on the west side of Rogers Street (in front of Catalent) has not been mowed all spring and grass is overgrown. Property transferred ownership this spring and it seems the new owners are not keeping the grass cut.
Caller to HAND reported that overwhelming amount of trash in the backyard, the garage door is open with garbage in it and there is a gas can amongst the garbage in yard.
Yard behind the fenced in area is overgrown. Probably 2 feet tall.
Grass is over a foot tall.
