Residents at this house have left beer cans and solo cups scattered in the yard among other trash. It’s been blowing away into the alley ways. On top of that as well, they have an improperly stored trash bin in the road which has been tipped over and is actively spilling into the road. They also put up caution tape around their yard which has come loose and has also blown into the road as well. All of this is in their back yard which is facing me. I live at 415 S Grant St. I would really appreciate if someone came out to check it out and either clean it up or tell the residence to clean it up, I really care about the local environment and I’ve noticed small animals eating out of the garbage.

The resident at this location refuses to comply with lease terms regarding cleaning up their apartment. The conditions are going to contribute to unwanted pests and potentially other hazards. I have sent them notice, emailed and texted. The owner of Pavilion told me that the Hand dept will come out and either help put the resident in touch with resources or will have it cleaned and fine the resident. I just need to know if this is true and if I can get assistance getting them back in compliance with their lease terms instead of eviction. The front porch rails are broken out, the rails appear to be unstable, sagging and possibly rotted. The porch sets up high above grade where the porch rails are out. There is a young child living in the house. This presents a danger. Jeff Jones/Pendragon owns this property. This has been the case for the past 2+ years. This family is a new renter and this was not repaired between renters.

The Stratum has left a fallen tree on Abodes property (Grove at Latimer 940 S Clarizz Blvd) since July 2024 when a storm knocked it over. The Abodes crew is unable to mow around the tree. Its falling apart and beginning to rot. Something needs to be done about it. I have tried resolving this with both parties and nothing has happened because both claim it is not their responsibility.

Likely squatter at 710 W Country Club Dr (house is down the drive at end of property). House has looked abandoned for months. Trash is everywhere, and a suspicious person left on a bike wearing a yellow jacket with hood over head concealing themselves in nearly 80 degree sunny weather. Person came out of house and threw trash everywhere. Left on bike headed East on Country Club.
