this is actually a brush pile of about six feet tall (per the caller)that has been set out by the street. the neighbors are calling in complaining about the pile. the neighbor that phoned in stated that she was not sure if the pile was from this address or from 1201 W. 7th St...they are next door to one another. The garbage truck comes at 5 AM and wakes everyone up. Isn’t this a direct violation of Bloomington municipal code chapter 14.09? The truck also stays for so long because it gets garbage from an ally. One time it came at 5 am and stayed till 6. There are many people living in apartments nearby and the noise is unbearable.
