Snow has been plowed onto the approaches to many of the crosswalks near College Mall & Eastland Plaza (e.g., E 3rd and Hillsdale/Woodscrest, E 3rd & College Mall Rd, at first stoplight south of E 3rd on College Mall Rd)
Sidewalk on north side of E 3rd in front of Red Lobster, Travelodge, and empty building where Sahara Mart was has not been cleared.
Sidewalk on Woodscrest near Eastland Plaza has not been cleared. On east side of Woodscrest, snow has been plowed onto sidewalk.
I just returned home from downtown Bloomington. Not one single sidewalk leading to a crosswalk has been shoveled. I found it quite dangerous to walk through the snow and ice to cross the street. I am required by law to clear my sidewalks within 24 hours after the end of a snow storm and do so religiously. Yet here it is three days after the end of the last storm and no effort has been made to clear the crosswalk sidewalks. Why must I obey the law if our own city government and mayor are aloud to violate this law. This is inexcusable not to mention discriminatory. Shame on Mayor Hamilton and his government. Can you please plow the sidewalks? They’re dangerous to walk on! Especially on 46, N. Dunn, and 17th.

Sidewalks of businesses running west to the by-pass have not shovelled snow, complaint area runs length of 3rd Street from Adams to Bypass.
