404 W Kirkwood Ave, in back of house where parking is - trash all over and growing since last week. This co-op has had issues before with grass growing long, furniture on roof top etc. Now there is trash, broken furniture, plastic and clothing and trash strewn around the back side of the residence. It is an eyesore.

Mattresses outside. Property owner scheduled sanitation to pick up, but due to condition of mattresses, it was stated they are not going to touch them.

1221 green tree lane. trash in front, side and back of house..it STINKS. Been there for 3 weeks

This home owner has let the grass and weeds overgrow around the whole property. The mailbox, deck, side of the house all are covered in over growth. Plus the grass is over a foot tall. I'm tired of looking at it and it making the neighborhood look like crap. Plus they have a refrigerator sitting in their driveway and a crappy rust bucket of a vehicle sitting on the curb.
